In 5 years...

In 5 years I will be thirty years old. I can see myself as a free person who is not afraid of life. I will be a freelancer, having at least two different jobs in order not to get bored. I will be pursuing my dreams so on Wednesday, for instance, I will be either working to get money for another trip or I will be travelling somewhere in Africa. I will be brave and I will do whatever I want. I will not be restrained by anybody or anything. I will finally have time for myself. Maybe I will be with somebody, maybe not. I will definitely have my family and old friends around me. I will still feel young. I will not settle for average. I will be leaving on the edge.

TEACHING PRACTICE

I hesitated for some time to say a few words about the teaching practice. Well, at the moment I am giving myself a break and I am not teaching or observing any classes. As far as my experience is concerned I had the priviledge to teach the lower secondary scholl class which I observed last year. Why did I use the word priviledge? Honestly, it was a very pleasant time for me. The class interacted with me and I could see that I was able to influence the students somehow. I especially enjoyed the moments when we laughed together or played a game (at that point I became a teenager again).

Do I want to become a teacher in the future? I don't know. I used to think that I would never be a teacher. But now I can see that this job can give you a lot of satisfaction. When you see smiles on your students' faces you really feel like someone special.

LITTLE ME...

Ok, so this is little Paulina. I remember that the picture was taken at my auntie's Beata place. I have really good memories connected with that time. It was a tradition to visit my mother's sister every Saturday. The sisters were gossiping and I and my younger cousins were playing together.

As you can see in the picture it was winter then and I guess it was the time to go back home. As far as Christmas is concerned I remember very well that I never failed to find hidden presents as I was quite a clever girl:) Apart from being a very good detective I was an excellent actress too because I never showed that I knew what I was going to get:)
